Sushil Sharma – Founder & Managing Director, Stratadigm
Sushil leads ESGTechPro’s vision and research strategy. A recognized expert in sustainability and ESG frameworks, he works with two of the four largest global ESG rating companies and collaborates with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) on ESG research and policy.
His mastery of IFRS Sustainability Standards, SASB, TCFD, CDSB, and BRSR frameworks has enabled him to design specialized tools and data models that simplify ESG adoption across sectors.

Sanjay Rikhy – Senior Leader, ESGTechPro
Sanjay brings unmatched expertise in integrating ESG with Governance, Risk & Compliance. Certified in Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting (ICAI), he helps companies embed ESG into enterprise risk frameworks—creating efficiency in time, effort, and cost.
With over three decades of leadership experience in services and manufacturing, Sanjay’s pragmatic approach ensures ESG strategy translates into operational results. He also collaborates with industry associations and export bodies to advance sustainable business practices.
